Basic RulesWhen everything is done packages are generally dispatched on the same day (bigger quantities Ship 10 day(s) after the initial payment is received) of payment reception and are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and drop-off Door to Door with signature. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and final destination of the shipment. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package on the same day of the shipment.
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered, the store program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. Thus, a customer who orders three products weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each.
Quality ControlHHO FACTORY, Ltd has installed various testing equipment so that every step of the production is punctuated by quality testing. Our products are tested on different parameters before they are supplied in the market.

The amount of hydrogen produced on demand is small but please note the following:
CAUTION! Hydrogen is a flammable gas and can form explosive mixtures with oxygen or air. Hydrogen gas poses an immediate fire and explosive hazard when concentrations exceed 4%. It is much lighter than air and burns with an invisible flame. Before working on an installed HHO system ensure to extinguish all sources of ignition, naked heat including sparks or flames disconnect the vehicle battery terminals and take precautions to eliminate static electricity. No smoking near the generator or its reservoirs at any time. HHO generators produce HHO gases on demand when the engine is running but when disconnected there will be residual amounts of HHO gases in reservoirs and tubing. Allow units to vent thoroughly outdoors or in a well-ventilated area before working on the units or accessories.
Buyers should read all warnings, instructions on safe use, labels, disclaimers, and all other materials included with products sold on this website prior to using any such product. Hydrogen Generators are sold on the understanding that the buyer reads and adheres to the PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS OF SAFETY described in the installation in order to avoid risks. HHO FACTORY, LTD does not accept liability for damages or injuries or for any direct or consequential loss caused by the improper use, alteration of units or maintenance of HHO-generators or accessories.
Contact our Customer Care Team who will provide you with a returns number. You will need to print this on the outside of the return package.
Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in an unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used, we will be unable to provide a refund, (no open blister packs, electronic sensors, please).
HHO FACTORY, LTD does not cover the cost of return postage. However, we do recommend you use the suggested postal services highlighted in the table below depending on which country you are returning the package from.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team, and they will be happy to help. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 10-20 days of receipt), we will work to expedite your refund as soon as possible; this could take up to 7 days depending on your original method of payment. HHO FACTORY, LTD will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s) excluding postage.
Returns within 14 days: HHO FACTORY, LTD will refund the purchase product price of the returned item(s) excluding shipping, money transaction fees, deposit, engine carbon cleaning service, and transportation fees. 30% handling charge will calculate customer cancellation, and postage will not be refunded. (Again, Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging)
Return Shipping Options
- Incorrectly ordered items will be accepted within 14 days since payment was made for an item, also we charge a 30% handling charge and postage will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered items.
- We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.]
- All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected including non-acceptable DPD, GLS couriers as third party delivery service.
- Any Refused, the Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to an automatically customer cancellation with fees.
NO HASSLE RETURNS POLICY and Refunds
Here is our hassle-free returns process: Contact us; Wait for our reply within 1-3 business days; ... We do not offer a full refund (excluding the shipping fee) for the following items: Items that are already used or damaged; Items with a discount or on sale.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The timescale in which you will receive the credit will be according to your card issuer’s policies.
